This painting depicts the Bushfire Dreaming which started at Warlurkulangu, west of Yuendumu and travelled south-west through Mt. Liebig and Browns Bore and then on to Amata in South Australia. In Mythological times two ancestors set alight to the bush at Warlurkulangu. The red and yellow colours represent the flames and embers and the white is the ashes.
