This is a women´s ceremonial painting. We see women sitting lined up facing away from two leaders for who singing the songs of the country, which regenerate the land each year. Next to them are some ceremonial Wanna, or decorated
digging sticks standing upright in the ground. The parallel lines of the painting depict Kurruwarri, designs painted on bodies in traditional ochrenatural pigments, which vary according to the songs and ceremonies. The surrounding country is cominated dominated by
Tali (sand hills).
